We know you have a choice in transcription services, so one of the many ways we set ourselves apart is by taking care of our customers - relentlessly. And since technology serves as our hub, we’re prepared to offer immediate help when issues arise.
We invite customers to take advantage of the following support services via your preference:

• Phone: For immediate concerns, call our operations hub in Annapolis, Maryland, where we put promptly put you in touch with a professional who can help. Call 410-212-7942 (800-number coming soon).
• In person: We gladly meet with our customers personally on a periodic basis to assess how their satisfaction and address feedback.
• Conference calls: We schedule regular meetings by conference to review issues and maintain our relationship.
